Today’s blog post brings you a clean & simple craft themed card.
This card is my contribution to the Design Team’s selection for the latest Festive Friday Challenge, which is celebrating World cardmaking Day
We have used this occasion to come up with a list of elements that we call our Inspo List.
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project in our card making and paper crafting challenge. Incorporate THREE of the items in your project and link up! And guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about the theme at all! The selected festivity is just a unique way to come up with a fun and interesting inspiration list!
My project used: vintage colours, enamel embellishments, jute trim, clean & simple, scissors
Clean & Simple Craft Themed Card
To create this card I have used stamps and dies from the Crafting With You stamp set and the co-ordinating dies. The elements in this bundle celebrate lots of different crafts from paper crafting to painting, knitting and sewing.

Vintage Colours
To keep in with the Vintage colours theme, I have used predominantly Pecan Pie to give the project a Sepia type effect.
There is some ink blending in the centre of the Basic White mat. The die cutting machine and paintbrushes have been stamped and die cut. The die cut scissors have Pecan Pie handles and Gray granite blades. This sentiment is so appropriate for our theme and is again stamped in Pecan Pie, as are the little hearts. In the centre of each heart is a dot of Copper Pearlized Enamel Effects. To finish, I have pulled some threads from the Copper Clay In Color Jute Trim to form a bow.
This decorated mat has been mounted onto a Thick Basic White card base to create a card that is perfect for sharing with crafty friends and family.
