This Parisian Blossom Suite speaks of romance, sophistication and French chic. It has been good fun to play with all the elements of this suite during my Facebook lives this week. It has enabled me to add 3 very different cards to my gallery of projects I have already created with this suite.
Monday
On Monday, as has become our custom, we re-created one of the beautiful samples in the mini catalogue. I loved the colour combination of cherry cobbler, sahara sand and petal pink. The gorgeous embossing folder in this suite was made to pop with the addition of white craft ink. The flowers were coloured by water colouring with our classic inks and an aqua painter. Thursday
On a Thursday’s live, I try and create something very different from the project on Monday and this week was no different.
This first card saw me distressing the edges of the DSP with scissors; tearing the embossed card; some watercolour wash on the copper embossed Eifel Tower and lots of sponging with soft suede ink.
The second card moved away from pastel colours and teamed the blossom stamp with Stampin’ Blends and the bright and bold colours from the Lily Impressions DSP that is one of the free items you can earn during Sale-a-Bration. You can follow along as I create these cards on this video.
Other Projects
Since returning from Germany and On Stage last November. I have acquired quite a collection of projects using this Product suite.
