Imagine arriving to pastries and refreshments, opening a gorgeous new-product goodie bag and finding a whole day of festive inspiration waiting for you.
During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to create a varied collection of Christmas projects. Full instructions will be provided, and I will be on hand to demonstrate, guide and help whenever you need me.
There are no deadlines and no pressure to keep pace with anybody else. This is your day to enjoy in whichever way suits you best.

Approximately £60 of new Stampin’ Up! product, carefully selected to coordinate with the retreat projects and give you plenty to continue creating with at home.
One-sheet wonder
Custom make your own beautiful patterned cardstock and then turn the sheet into a coordinated collection of projects.
Mini card class
Create a selection of festive cards featuring different techniques, layouts and ideas.
Scrapbook page
Make a beautiful Christmas-themed page ready for a favourite seasonal photograph or memory.
Fancy fold
Enjoy creating a card with a little extra movement, dimension or surprise.

Work on a decorative festive project alongside additional treats and creative extras.
Final project designs and quantities may vary as I develop the retreat programme, but your kit will be packed with inspiration and possibilities.
What will the day look like?
9.30am — Arrive and settle in
Enjoy pastries and refreshments while you meet your fellow crafters and explore your goodie bag.
Morning — Let the festive crafting begin
I’ll introduce the projects, but you can choose where you begin and how quickly you work.
Lunchtime — Relax and refuel
Take a break from the craft table and enjoy lunch together.
Afternoon — More creativity and homemade cake
Continue with your chosen projects, try something new or simply enjoy chatting and crafting.
Evening — A cooked meal before home
Finish the day with a cooked evening meal before gathering your projects, products and instructions to take home.

There is no such thing as being behind
This is a retreat—not a race.
You are welcome to complete every project, concentrate on your favourites or spend the day chatting, relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Your kit and full instructions are yours to take home, so anything unfinished can be enjoyed another day.
You do not need to be an especially fast or experienced crafter. Come alone or with a friend—you will be made very welcome.
Crafting is hungry work!
Your retreat is fully catered, allowing you to concentrate on enjoying the day rather than wondering what to bring or where to find lunch.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be an experienced crafter?
No. Clear instructions and help will be available throughout the day. Some familiarity with basic papercrafting may be helpful, but you do not need to be an expert.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many people attend craft events alone, and you will receive a warm welcome.
Do I have to complete all the projects?
Not at all. Work entirely at your own pace. Your product kit and instructions are yours to take home.
What do I need to bring?
You need to supply your own adhesives (a pop up shop is available) and most people like to bring a kit containing their own tools, but there will everything will be available to borrow. Any specialist items needed for the projects will either be supplied or available to share.
Is parking available?
There is plenty of car parking available at the hall
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
I will always do my best to cater for different dietary requirements. I will send out a questionnaire before the event but plesase contact me if you have significant allergies
How does the deposit work?
A £40 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance must be paid by October 25th. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
