I’m delighted to be taking part in this International Blog Highlights Winner’s Hop and I celebrated with alphabet dies and bright paper.

My Alphabet Dies and Bright Paper Project
- Tools: Playful Alphabet Dies
- Paper/Card: Thick Basic White; Basic Black; Basic White; Bright 6″ x 6″ DSP
- Embellishments: Matte Black Dots; White Twine
- Adhesives; Multipurpose Liquid Glue; Stampin’ Dimensionals;

Thick Whisper White Card Base | 10.5cm x 29.7cm Scored at 14.9 on the long side | 4 1/4″ x 11″ Scored at 5 1/2″ on the long side |
Basic Black | 10cm x 14.4cm | 4″ x 5 1/4″ |
Basic White | 6cm x 14.4cm | 2 3/8″ x 5 1/4″ |
DSP strips (6 colours) | 2.5cm x 9cm | 1″ x 3 1/2″ |
Instructions
- Fold card base in half at the score line.
- Stick the strips of paper along the strip of Basic White card, placing some higher and some lower. Trim to the required length. Stick this piece to the Basic Black mat.
- Wrap the white twine around twice and tie a bow,
- Stick this mat to the card base using dimensionals. Add some Matte Black Dots to finish.
I used the fabulous papers that you can currently get as a free gift if you join the Stampin’ up family before the end of February. You could reproduce this card with different colours and different patterns of paper and just by changing the letter dies, the card could be for lots of occasions.
