Highland Heather | 14.4cm x 10cm | 5 1/4″ x 4″ |
Purple Posy | 13.9cm x 9.5cm | 5″ x 3 3/4″ |
Purple Posy | 12cm x 9cm | 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ |
Instructions
- Fold the card base in half on the score line.
- Using the largest scalloped heart die from the Stitched Be Mine set, cut a heart from the centre of the Highland Heather mat and the larger Purple Posy mat. The two solid die cut hearts and the Purple Posy scalloped frame can be set aside for other projects.
- Take the smaller mat of Purple Posy card and cover it with a piece of the double sided adhesive sheet. Peel off the backing and lay strips of ribbon across it, alternating the colours until you have filled it.
- Stick the Highland Heather mat to the card base and then stick the mat covered with ribbons on top of it.
- Using multipurpose liquid glue, stick the Purple Posy mat over the ribbons and add the Highland Heather scalloped heart frame in the aperture. Press down to ensure they have all adhered. I use my large Clear Block “F”
- Using the Always dies, die cut the “love” and the shadow. Stick these together and add to the card front with dimensionals. add a bow of the Purple Posy ribbon to the top of the heart.
- Stick a length of Tear & Tape across the bottom of the card and add some more Purple Posy ribbon, pleating it as you stick it down.
- Finish with some Pastel Pearls.
Let’s Hop
I hope you have enjoyed my project. Do leave a comment if you can, because it certainly makes my day. Then it is time to hop around all the other projects
