I was two step stamping wildflowers in this recent Live using the Wildflower path stamp set.
This photopolymer stamp features a variety of stems and leaves and blossoms and blooms to add to them. Being a two step process allows you to easily pick your foliage colour and then add in your flower colour. No other colouring is needed.
In addition I have used the Welcoming Windows bundle. This is one if the bundles available at 20% off until 31st March 2022.
Two Step Stamping Wildflowers
This first card masked off a central strip and then used the stamps to build up a floral meadow either side. The sentiment was stamped into the gap before a length of linen thread was wrapped around and tied in a bow. Highland Heather and Soft Succulent cardstock was used to create the card base and mat, picking out two of the colours used in the stamping.
This second card incorporated the Welcoming Window Bundle. The area behind the window was sponged with Balmy Blue ink. Then the meadow of flowers was built up on top. By using a Blending Brush and Smoky Slate ink, the Basic White Window frame and Background was given a greater depth.
