I have been stamping on patterned paper to create the feature piece of this project.

The theme for this blog hop from the Crafty Collaborations community is Thank You. Can we ever say thank you enough and hopefully this hop will bring lots of inspiration.

Stamping on Patterned Paper

For my card I combined the beautiful Splendid day Specialty Designer Series papers with the Nature’s Harvest stamp set to create an elegant thank you card.

Lots of Copper

The Sahara Sand card base had a mat of this Copper foiled Designer Series paper layered onto it.

Next, I die cut a rectangle of Sahara Sand Designer Series Paper using the Scalloped Contour dies. The flower was stamped using Early Espresso ink and then coloured with watercolour pencils. The thank you sentiment was stamped randomly around the flower in Versa,ark ink and heat embossed in copper.

A swirl of Natural Finish ribbon was stuck the back of the scalloped rectangle before adhering it to the card base.

The final touch was some Copper Brushed Metallic Dots.

Don’t forget to add an insert. I stamped another flower in early espresso on mine. You could do the same with the envelope.
