Today I am sharing the first of a couple of posts this week with holly themed Christmas cards.

This blog hop is from the Crafty Collaborations Community and on Share it Sunday we come to you to share some of the things that we have been up to recently. I am having lots of fun with this beautiful Boughs of Holly Suite, featuring a stamp and die bundle, Designer series Paper, ribbon and wooden embellishments.

Holly Themed Christmas Cards

This first card highlights some of the beautiful papers in the pack. One features an all over festive greenery print and the other id a striped paper that is fabulous for backgrounds and will work all year round.

The stamped mat on the top illustrates the gorgeous detail images that can be achieved with the two step stamping, using different shades of green and red. The ribbon and wooden embellishments in the suite are also featured.

This tent fold style card is traditional in feel and would look beautiful adorning anyone’s mantelpiece this Christmas.

This second card is a z-fold card. This fancy fold features some more of those beautiful papers, but this time the holly is from the layering dies. Each size of leaf has a solid back piece and a detailed overlay. The resulting holly arrangements are beautiful. For this card I cut the holly berries from red glimmer paper to give them extra sparkle.

The stamp set also includes a selection of useful Christmas greetings to finish your project.
