I enjoyed demonstrating using a masking technique in card making with the Apple Harvest stamp set from Stampin’ Up on a recent Live.

The stamp set is a cling rubber set and features apples, blossoms and some great sentiments.

Using A Masking Technique in Card Making

This first card has a clean and simple look that is achieved with the use of lots of white space. The different coloured flowers in the window box were achieved by using my Stamparatus and colouring direct to stamp with the Stampin’ Write markers.

This second card was a fancy fold card. This Dutch barn Door style of card is simple to put together, but creates a wow on the mantelpiece.
