Today I am featuring some festive Christmas baubles as my offering for the final Festive Friday Challenge of 2020
This Week’s Inspo List
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project in our card making and paper crafting challenge. Incorporate THREE of the items in your project and link up! And guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about the theme at all! The selected festivity is just a unique way to come up with a fun and interesting inspiration list!
My Festive Christmas Bauble Project
You can’t beat a bit of red and gold at Christmas. I used the fabulous carry over Christmas Gleaming stamp set (which is now on the retiring list) to gold emboss onto Poppy parade card. My trees were created using the Peaceful Boughs stamp set. I stamped them in Mossy Meadow ink and then dragged the colour out a little with a blender pen. The gold embossed dots were also added thanks to a stamp from this set.
The greeting came from the Dove of Hope stamp set (another from the retiring list). As well as a mat of Mossy Meadow card on my Poppy Parade card blank, I also added a mat of Gold Foil. I, of course, gutted the middle of my gold foil first. It is too shiny and precious to be left unseen. the baubles were finished with some red and gold ribbon.
