Quick and Easy Thank You Card
In the busy run up to the Christmas festivities, we had lots to think about. We will have created, written, and sent cards. There will have been presents to wrap and tags to make. That is without all the shopping, decorating, and cooking.
Something that may have slipped our minds in this busy time, is some thank you cards. It is always good to say thank you.
- Thank you for the gift.
- Thank you for the lovely meal together (if that is possible this year.)
- Thank you for organizing that festive games night over Zoom.
- Thank you for all you’ve done for me this year.
All of these people we need to thank, so it is good to have some ideas on hand for some quick and easy cards.
How about a One Sheet Wonder?
This one uses a 6” x 6” sheet of Designer Series paper. I have chosen a sheet from the gorgeous First Frost pack. I cut the paper according to the grid and teamed it with some Night of Navy card stock, some Highland Heather card stock, and some notecards. The sentiments all came from the Ornate Thanks stamp set.
Card 1 and Card 2
Card 1: Cut the strip into 3 x 1½ “squares and mount onto 3 Night of Navy 1¾ “squares
Card 2: Mount the square onto a 4¾ “x 2¼ “piece of Highland Heather card stock
Card 3 and Card 4
Card 3: Mount the square onto a 4¾ “x 2¼ “piece of Night of Navy card stock
Card 4: Cut the strip into 4 separate 4½” x ½ “strips. Mount onto a 4¾ “x 2½“ piece of Highland Heather card stock.
Quick and Easy Thank You Card Supplies
Of course, you can change the paper and coordinate with different card stock. Whatever product you make, whizz up a few thank you cards so that you are prepared during this festive period.
