Welcome to this round-up of upcoming classes and events.
The weather here hasn’t yet decided whether it wants to declare Spring, or hang on to Winter. We seesaw between bright, warm sunshine and snow. However, without doubt the days are longer, lockdown restrictions are slowly easing and many of us have a bit more of a spring in our step.
Shipping Issues
Despite these new shoots of hope, there is no doubt that Covid continues to impact us all. It is not just in the risk to our health. There are unprecedented strains on the Global Shipping networks. On top of staff shortages and restrictions created by Covid, there is also huge demand for shipping services worldwide. This has led to long waiting times at ports and just simply, not enough ships to go around. Production of new stock is underway, but you don’t turn a new freight ship around in a couple of days! This of course affects shipping of finished goods, but also the transportation of raw materials to the manufacturers.
What does this mean for us? it does mean that we are seeing longer delays in receiving goods in our warehouse and more backorders. Although Stampin’ Up are doing all they can to mitigate the effects in our craft rooms, it is inevitable that we will be impacted.
This means that for the time being, you may have a few more backordered items, or classes may have to be rescheduled because products are delayed in coming through. I am so grateful for you all for your understanding and rest assured, there is still plenty in stock for us to play with in the meantime.
Upcoming Classes and Events
Here are my upcoming scheduled classes that we look forward to with crafty optimism.

Some are offered as an Online Class, via Zoom, others are Classes in the Post.
Whichever you choose, I can’t wait to help you spend some time crafting in the coming weeks.

How To Class
I have had to postpone this class, because the Gilded leafing is one of the products on backorder and I don’t yet have an estimated delivery date for it. if you would still like to join us for this, message me directly and we will try and fit you in.
May’s “How To” Class, will be a Concerina Album featuring the Mini paper Pumpkin Boxes. Details will be up on the website and Facebook page by the end of the weekend.
Stamp-a-Stack
April’s Stamp-a-Stack in the Post will be using the beautiful Butterfly Brilliance Bundle We will have great fun playing with these beautiful stamps and dies.
With this stamp-a-stack you will receive all the elements (card stock, paper, ribbon, die cuts etc) to create 6 cards – 2 each of 3 designs. You will also receive full colour instructions and a link to a short introductory video.

Celebration in a Box
The bright and sunny Sweet strawberry Bundle, is our product of choice for April’s Celebration in a Box Class in the Post.
You will receive all the cardstock, paper, die cuts and embellishments to create 6 different cards, along with colour instructions and an introductory video.
As usual with these classes, you have a variety of options from class only, to the class with the complete variety bundle. You can see them all and book your place on my website.
There is a chance there will be a slight delay on this class due to backorders, but native strawberries aren’t in season yet.
Lilypad Stamp Club
The Lilypad Stamp Club is something a bit different.
Join up with this class and you will gain access to an exclusive Facebook Group, where over the course of 4 weeks we will build up a library of projects you can create with the set of products we are focusing on for that particular Club.
The next Lilypad Stamp Club will begin on Monday 19th April and will be using the Ice Cream Corner Suite.
Over the 4 weeks I will upload 8 video tutorials. I will also run 2 live classes over the 4 weeks where you can craft along with me, or watch on catch up (or both). I also share other inspiration into the group that has caught my eye from demonstrators world wide.
We create cards, fancy folds, gift packaging, scrapbook pages and home décor.
As part of the group, you can share your makes and inspiration with each other too.
The Lilypad Stamp Club has been designed to ensure that you don’t just buy product, but that you also use it.
You can gain access to the group, either by choosing at least £45 worth of products from the list on the event page and buying them from me, or you can pay a one off subscription to gain access to this class, which costs £12.50
Each of the Lilypad Stamp Clubs stand alone. Each month you decide whether you want to sign up for another month.

Completely Quackers Games Night
I am going to be running another of the popular social crafty nights on Friday April 30th.
During the evening, which is held on Zoom, we play a variety of games, including beetle and bingo.. We will also create 3 small crafty projects. You receive a kit in the post with your games supplies and your craft kits. There are always great prizes of new and current Stampin’ Up products.
You just need to bring along some adhesives and scissors, your pen and your drinks and snacks of choice.
Tickets are £10. Book your tickets by 24th April.
Paper Pumpkin
This lovely paper Pumpkin Kit is going to be available to purchase from 13th April while stocks last. You can go direct to my online store, or if you live locally and can collect, do get in touch before Tuesday, as i shall be putting orders in then.
As with previous paper pumpkins, I am hosting a free Zoom “get together” on 11th May, so you have the opportunity to create your kit in good company and share ideas for alternative projects.
And if you like the idea of receiving a simple kit through the post that you can then join with others to create, look out for my new “All Kitted Out” events that I will be launching in the coming days.
Catalogue Launch
Amongst these upcoming classes and events, one event we can’t ignore, is the upcoming launch of the new Annual Catalogue on May 4th. We need to celebrate. I am planning a few Facebook lives throughout the day on my Facebook page
9am – Catalogue Walk Through
1pm – Clubs and Shares
3pm – Upcoming Classes and Events.
7pm – Launch party on Zoom. I will hopefully Live stream the party to my VIP Customer’s Facebook group, but look out for the details over the next few days and book your place in the Zoom party. Don’t be an outsider observer, come on in and join the fun.
! will send a Make and Take kit out to the Party Attendees for you to craft along with me using new product. We will have fun and games and I will be sharing samples and products from the new catalogue. And of course, because you will be there live, you will be able to ask questions and share your excitement.
