Welcome to my Blog and my Paper Piecing Card

The Creative Stampers tutorial bundle that we are offering to you this month is using the Trimming the Town Suite.

As always, we all get together on this Blog Hop to share projects with you, that will give you a flavour of what to expect if you purchase our bundle.

My Project

I had fun stamping and heat embossing the houses onto some of the Designer Series Paper from this suite. I cut them out and separated the houses from the roofs. Mixing and Matching, I created 3 different houses. The houses were then arranged onto a Pool Party Stitched Label.

The card base was Pool Party Card. I attached a panel of Designer Series paper with a tree print, around which I had wrapped a length of the red ribbon, also from this suite. Once I had attached the Stitched Label to the card front with dimensionals and added a bow from the ribbon, all that was left was a sentiment.

Again turning to the Designer Series Paper, I cut one of the sentiment strips from the paper and cut it up into the individual words and added them around the houses.

Of course, one of the benefits with this card is I have a little pile of houses and roofs left over that I can use for another project.

Of course there is currently a promotion on lots of our Designer Series Paper, including Trimming The Town, so now is the perfect time to stock up.

Lilypad Stamp Club

Every month I run a Lilypad Stamp Club and the next one is going to be featuring this Suite.

During the month there will be 2 Live Facebook classes where you can craft along. (A Project supplies list will be posted in advance)
8 further videos with inspiration, including at least one fancy fold and one “anything but a card”
A Challenge
A community where everyone can share inspiration, tips and the projects they have made.
