The theme of this month’s blog hop is CASE the catalogue.
We are a group of Demonstrators, led by Louise, seeking to learn, implement and improve our use of technology and online resources in our businesses.
I searched the Annual Catalogue for some inspiration of a card to case. The catalogue isn’t just a shopping tool, it is also a great source of inspiration.
I found a great card as a sample for the Hand penned Suite that I thought would be great to CASE
My CASE the Catalogue Projects
I decided to create two different cards, changing the colours and the stamp sets used.
Both cards were created by masking off a line and using the blending brushes to sponge ink onto the Scalloped Contour rectangle
Whale Done
This first card uses the turtle, sentiment and fish from the Whale Done stamp set to create a masculine themed card. The colours are Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point and Night of Navy.
Friendly Hello
The Friendly Hello set offers a sneak preview of an upcoming Sale-a-Bration option. The flowers, splatters and sentiment all come from this new set. The colours in this card are Petal Pink, Pale Papaya, Bumblebee and Calypso Coral. The central flowers have a stamped vellum overlay to add some dimension.
