It is time for another Festive Friday Challenge and I have created a Dragonfly Spinner card. It enabled me to use lots of the items from the Inspo list
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project in our card making and paper crafting challenge. Incorporate THREE of the items in your project and link up! And guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about the theme at all! The selected festivity is just a unique way to come up with a fun and interesting inspiration list!
My project used: Green, Water, Reeds, Polka Dots, Moving Parts, Insects, Circles

Instructions
- Fold the card base in half on the score line. Stick the Pear Pizzazz DSP on the card front. Tear along the top of the Balmy Blue paper and stick over the bottom section of the Pear Pizzazz
- Without sticking it in place, lay the Pear Pizzazz card mat behind the front panel before using the largest layering circle to cut an aperture in the front section of the card. It may not go through all the layers, but it will mark the Pear Pizzazz card so you can line the die back up.
- Stamp 2 dragonflies onto Basic White card with Pear Pizzazz ink. Use the in fill stamp from the set to stamp the wings with Balmy Blue and add some Pear Pizzazz to the body with a Blending Brush. Punch the two dragonflies out.
- Take a length of thread and stretch it across the aperture and tape in place, top and bottom. Stick the two dragonflies back-to-back, trapping the thread between them. Attach the Pear Pizzazz card to the back of the panel, lining up the aperture and covering the taped ends of the thread.
- Die cut the reeds from the silhouette dies in Pear Pizzazz card. Stick to the bottom of the card front. Punch 2 small dragonflies from Pear Pizzazz card and stick to the card front.
- Stamp the sentiment on Basic White card using Balmy Blue ink. Trim the end on a diagonal. Mat onto some Balmy Blue DSP and trim to match. Stick to the top right of the card.
- Stick the wood-grain Balmy Blue DSP to the inside of the card.
