Today I am sharing a square 60th Birthday Card I created with the December Product of the Month.
A Square 60th Birthday Card
It was my husband’s 60th birthday 2 days after Christmas, so I rustled him up this birthday card using the True Blue Florals Designer series paper.
- The 14.9cm square card was created in Night of Navy. I
- chose 2 patterns of papers to create the mats.
- I had to dig into my retired collection to find these nice big number dies to create apertures in the top mat, so that the bottom design peeked through.
- I decorated the card with some Night of navy Twine – a Stampin’ Blend can turn your white twine any colour you like!
- The leaves were die cut using the Amber Autumn dies, which are on last chance.
- The hearts were punched from Night of Navy card using the Bee Builder punch
- I love these Streaked Dots embellishments, so couldn’t resist adding those.
- The sentiment comes from the Simply Said stamp set.
- I finished with some Faux Stitching using a Night of Navy Stampin’ Blend.
