Today’s post is featuring a third fold card , a fancy fold card featuring the Irresistible Blooms Bundle. This is my project for this month’s Creativity Abounds Blog Hop which is featuring products from the Online Exclusive offering on the online store.

A Third Fold Card

The Irresistible Blooms Bundle features a stamp set and coordinating dies. There is also a pack of coordinating Designer Series Paper and beautiful Frosted Dots that all combine to create a gorgeous suite.

Instructions

To create this fancy fold, you need to start with a 21cm / 8 1/4″ square of card .

1. Score card base at 7 cm / 3/4″. Then turn 90 degrees to the left and score 7 cm / 2 3/4″.
2. Mark the card base at 14 cm/ 5 1/2″ on the top and left side when scored square is positioned top left.
3. Score diagonally from marking to marking. It should intersect where the two 7 cm/ 2 3/4″ score lines cross.
4. Burnish all score lines with a bone folder. Valley fold the two 7 cm / 2 3/4″score lines and mountain fold the diagonal score line. Create the Third Fold Card by folding the diagonal line from the outer edges towards the middle of the card.

This particular card was created in Petal Pink cardstock with Soft Sea Foam layers and Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper. The flowers that decorate the card were stamped and die cut and the sentiment comes from the Charming Sentiments Bundle.
