A Trio Of Monochromatic Projects

On this post I am bringing you a trio of monochromatic projects.

Each week Demonstrators from the Crafty Collaborations Community take part in a Monochromatic Insta Hop over on Instagram. Each week a different colour is chosen and the participants create a monochromatic card.

I am playing catch up on this post with some projects from recent weeks using Shaded Spruce, Blueberry Bushel and Calypso Coral.

A Trio Of Monochromatic Projects

Shaded Spruce

This Shaded Spruce card uses elements from the Turtle-y Cute Suite. The distressed background is embossed with the Turtle textured Embossing Folder. This beautiful double sided ribbon comes from the Suite. The punched circle has stripes which have been added using the All Zipped Up stamp set. The stamped and die cut turtle is from the Turtle-y Awesome bundle and there are some of the Shades of Green Hexagons to embellish.

Blueberry Bushel

This monochromatic Blueberry Bushel wreath is stamped and fussy cut using an image from “Most Wonderful”. highlights have been added with a white watercolor pencil. The background is embossed using the Birchwood 3D embossing folder and the splatters are created with White Craft ink. Some joy has been added to the project, using the die cut from the Jolly Holly Bundle.

Calypso Coral

This pretty floral image comes from the Charming Day bundle. As well as being coloured with Calypso Coral blend, some Wink of Stella has been added to the leaves. The gold embossing pairs beautifully with Calypso Coral and the gold is also picked up in the ribbon. I don’t know where I would be without the Spotlight on Nature circle dies. I use them so frequently! The background has been embossed with the Damask Designs Embossing Folder.
