On my blog today I am going to be doing a round up of upcoming card making classes and events for March that I would love to join me for.
After the difficulties in the New year with deliveries due to Brexit and new custom arrangements, i am pleased to report that the whole system through the ports now seems to be running much more smoothly.
Classes that had to be delayed have now taken place and over the next couple of months I am looking to ease the schedule back into the pattern that was running succesfully before Christmas.
So let’s have have a look at what we have coming up in and classes and events schedule in the coming weeks.
How To… Technique Class
These classes are held online via Zoom. they vary in content, sometimes looking at ways of using specific products, other times exploring fancy folds, we always enjoy our One Sheet Wonders and sometimes we tackle bigger 3D projects.
Whatever the topic, it is always great to gather, albeit virtually, to get creative.
Fancy Folds – Thursday 8th April
For this class, I am going to send out a kit and we will get together to create 3 styles of Fancy fold card
- Triple pop up cube
- Curvy pop Out card
- Corner Fold Down Card
Join us to score fold and decorate the afternoon away.
In April we are going to be looking at adding Metallic flourishes to our cards, so pop the date in your diary.
Stamp-a-Stack
This month’s Stamp-a-Stack in the post is going to be using the gorgeous Arrange a Wreath bundle from the Annual Catalogue. This is a great bundle for creating Christmas cards, but we are going to focus on its creative potential for the rest of the year.
As always there are a variety of options for this class, but with all of them you will receive the card stock, paper and embellishments to complete 6 cards – 3 each of 2 designs. You also receive written instructions and a link to an introductory video.
Celebration in a Box
With the Celebration in a Box class in the post, you will be creating 6 different cards using the Welcoming Window Bundle. Again there are different options available. As well as your card, paper and embellishments, the standard kit also includes colour instructions and a link to an introductory video.
If that isn’t enough excitement, in April we will be using the Sweet Strawberry Bundle, so preserve that date and get ready to get your jam on.
Lilypad Stamp Club
I love the Lilypad stamp Clubs and the whole concept of them.
Don’t just buy the product, use the product!
You get entry into an exclusive facebook page and over a 4 week period I add content to the group.

- Lots of additional inspiration from Demonstrators around the world.
- A community of people sharing their creations and general friendship and chat.

Crafty Games Night
These are such fun evenings. 3 simple but lovely craft activities interspersed with fun games – in the past this has been bingo, beetle, countdown, scavenger hunts, a quiz. There are prizes, of course. these are new and current Stampin’ Up products.
The next evening is scheduled for April 30th. Book your place for a fun time.
