On a recent Live, I created these Christmas Cards with stars using the “Stars are Shining” stamp and punch bundle.

Stampin' Up's Stars are shining bundle was used to create these Christmas cards with stars.

The bundle consists of a photopolymer stamp featuring stars, a selection of baubles and some great sentiments. Additionally, to coordinate, there is a punch that will pop out the stamped stars. For that reason, on both of these projects we concentrated on the stars. However, we won’t neglect the baubles. We will use those in upcoming weeks.

My Christmas Cards with Stars

A monochrome Christmas card with stars using Stampin' Up's Stars are Shining Bundle

For this first card, I stamped a panel of stars along the bottom of a Basic White card base. I then added in some Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series paper and a panel die cut from the Stitched so Sweetly dies. The punched stars are stamped in Misty Moonlight onto Basic White cardstock. The twine comes from the “Flowers for Every Season” ribbon combo.

This second card uses heat embossed stars stuck all over the card base to give it an embossed look. The stars on the front panel are then stamped in three shades of green ; Evening Evergreen, Shaded Spruce and Old Olive.

The ribbon which is wrapped around the front panel is the Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave ribbon.

I used Double Sided adhesive sheets on the back of my punched stars to ensure they all stuck down nice and flat.

How Can I Help?

Two Christmas cards with stars that have been stamped and punched using Stampin' Up's Stars are Shining bundle.

I love the clean simplicity of these to designs. Hopefully I have given you some inspiration if you have this bundle and a touch of temptation if you don’t.

I’m going to be bringing you lots more Christmas card inspiration in the next few weeks.

As always, don’t hesitate to get in touch if I can help in any way.
