Create A Stamped Background

Each week Demonstrators from the Crafty Collaborations Community take part in a Monochromatic Insta Hop over on Instagram. Each week a different colour is chosen and the participants create a monochromatic card.

The colour this week is Early Espresso and I can’t wait to see all the other ideas that my fellow demonstrators have come up with

Create A Stamped Background

The Friends of the Ocean Suite has such a bright and vibrant colour palette, I thought it would be really interesting to experiment with using Early Espresso ink with the stamp set. I decided that I would use Very Vanilla cardstock in contrast to the Early Espresso ink and card. As well as crabs and lobsters , I also added some bubbles and splatters.

To give the bubbles some dimension, I added some fine tip glue to the centre of each.

To finish the card. I added the sentiment with a double bow of Very Vanilla Bakers Thread behind it.
