I have been having fun creating card greetings with alphabet stamps. For this card I used the versatile Alphabest stamp and die bundle.

This bright Christmas card has been created for this monthly blog hop. The hop is designed to encourage us all to work on our Christmas projects throughout the year, rather than rushing at the end of the year.

I chose lots of bright colours and some Parakeet Party Glimmer Paper to give sparkle to this merry and bright project.

My Project

The ring of “lights” was created with the Irresistible Blooms Dies. This is part of a suite of products that can be found in the online store as part of the Online Exclusives that have just launched. I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the little “lights”.

I used a square of the Parakeet Party glimmer paper behind the aperture and then backed these onto a mat of Sweet Sorbet cardstock and a Parakeet party card base.

The Alphabest Bundle consists of alphabet stamps, with numbers , characters and background details. combined with a small label punch. I used the punch to create lots of small labels from 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series paper. Next, I stamped the letters to create “Merry ” and “Bright” using Memento ink.

I decided to stick the labels so they were “higgedly piggedly” rather than straight.

To add a final festive touch I stamped and die cut the holly berries and leaves from the Merriest Moments stamp set and adding some Wink of Stella for a bit more glitz.
