This month I am bringing you some ideas for Christmas tags.

Every month this blog hop brings you inspiration for festive projects. It hopefully encourages us to make a few things throughout the year, rather than waiting until the last minute!

Tags are something it is important not to forget, so I thought I would bring you a suggestion of a design you might like to try.

My Ideas for Christmas Tags

These tags use a number of products from the Frosted Gingerbread suite, alongside other complimentary products. You can see a list of the products I used at the end of the post, along with links to my shop.

i used the tag die from the Stockings Dies to cut the Kraft card. This was then embossed with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. I wiped a White Craft inkpad over the top of the embossed areas to highlight them.

The sheet of Designer Series Paper from the Gingerbread and Peppermint 6″ x 6″ pack has a zig zag design. I cut along it to create the pieces at the top of the tags. The bells were cut from the Designer Series Paper too andwere added to the tags with dimensionals. A bow of the mini ruffled ribbon was attached with glue dots.

The sentiment, was stamped once in Real Red and once in Old Olive and cut tinto 2 pieces. I then mixed the pieces over the two tags,. Each tag has half the sentiment in red and the other half in green.

I used a mixture of both white and crumb cake twine to tie through the hole I created with Detailed Trio punch.
