Do you wanna build a snowman? This week I’ve been playing with some snow and I didn’t even get my hands cold. This “Let it Snow” suite has a wide range of products:

Over the course of the week, I have been dipping into this glittery array of products to create a variety of cards.
Monday
There are so many gorgeous samples in the Autumn/Winter catalogue, that I was spoilt for choice for my Monday morning live this week. In the end I opted for a card that combined some of the fabulous Designer Series Paper with the stamp, punch and the lovely felt hats, scarves and mittens from the embellishment kit. As a bonus we made a snowman mini keepsake box.
Thursday
On Thursday’s Live, I wanted to explore even more of this suite.
I armed myself with my snips and fussy cut some of the cute snow people from the Designer Series Paper. This was teamed with other designs of paper to create a 5″x7″ card.
For the 2nd card, I used some of the stamps from the Tiny Keepsake stamp set, combined with silver embossing powder, to create the glimmer sprinkled across this card.
Another Snowman
While I am busy sharing snowman inspiration, I thought I would share this card. It is part of the selection for my class that is making its way around the county. This card uses the emboss resist technique for those background snowflakes. It is always lovely to see them “pop” as the ink is sponged over the top.
