It is the time of the month when I take part in this worldwide blog hop alongside other demonstrators who are signed up for this training programme. Grab a cuppa and get ready to be inspired

It is always a joy to be able to see the vast variety of projects in this hop, from a great many talented people. Do stay and read my post and browse my projects, before hopping off around the world from the links below. Leave comments where you are able to encourage all these people who take time to create for your pleasure.

Stampin’ Up has just released a new set of products to purchase that have been designed to go with items that are already available, either in the Sale-a-Bration brochure, or the Mini Catalogue.

You can see them all in this video from Stampin’ Up

I haven’t got all of these products, but the ones I do have, I love. It only seemed fair to share them with you.

Sending Flowers

The Sending Flowers Die set is a fabulous stand alone die. It co-ordinates with the Sending You Thoughts sentiment set that is available as a free item from the Sale-a-Bration selection, but you could use it with so many different sentiments.

There are 5 dies in the set. The large circular dies cuts the frame and the flowers into the card stock, but doesn’t cut it out, so you are left with this detailed aperture. I cut mine in Granny apple Green and backed it onto a Balmy Blue card base. There are some flashes of Lovely lipstick Gingham paper from In Colour 6″x6″ stack top and bottom.

There are 2 dies that cut out the flowers heads. To have enough flowers to put on all the stems, you need to cut 2 each of both dies. I used 4 different colours – Lovely Lipstick, Gorgeous Grape, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo.

There are also 2 fun sentiment banners in this set to finish your cards. They are simple, but so pretty.

Pleased as Punch

The other product I am in love with from this co-ordination range is the Pleased as Punch Designer Series Paper. It has been created to match a series of punches.

  • The Tulip Builder Punch (Mini Catalogue)
  • The Umbrella Builder Punch (Mini Catalogue)
  • The Heart Punch Pack (Mini Catalogue)
  • Small Bloom Punch (Sale-a-Bration)

As well as all the beautiful images you can punch out, the reverse sides of the paper provide such bright and versatile papers for lots of different projects. I’m especially in love with the stripey one.

So armed with your papers and your punches. you can soon whip up a host of simple, bright and cheerful cards for lots of occasions.
