I enjoyed some simple stamping butterfly cards with the Butterfly Kisses Suite from Stampin’ Up on a recent Live.
The bundle consists of a photopolymer stamp and a coordinating die set. As well as cutting out the stamped images, there are also dies that create detailed elements to create a range of butterflies.
Simple Stamping Butterfly Cards
This first card simple stamping, using stamps and ink to build up the butterflies on the card front. Dots and dashes have been added to create flight paths and background interest. Some of the Fun Flower resin shapes from the Suite have been added to embellish
This second card is a quick way of creating two cards from two squares of Designer Series Paper. The Parakeet Party card base has some tone on tone stamping for added interest.
One of the detailed butterflies in Starry Night cardstock was added to the card front, alongside a sentiment that was masked to alter the layout.
