If you like traditional Easter Cards, today I am sharing with you two cards using different stamp sets from the Stampin’ Up! product range.
These projects are part of the monthly Theme Challenge from the Crafty Collaborations community, a diverse group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world who come together to share inspiration with you.
This month’s theme is Easter
Traditional Easter Card
For my cards I have chosen to use one stamp set and coordinating dies from the Annual Catalogue and another stamp set that features in the January-April Mini Catalogue.
Daffodil Card
These beautiful daffodils are created from the detailed dies in the Daffodil Dies set. I have chosen to make my daffodils white and yellow, using both Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody for the blooms. The coordinating stamp set has been used to add a tone-on-tone order pattern on the card base and splatters on the sponged basic White card mat. The Easter sentiment also comes from this stamp set.
The card is embellished with some white twine and Heart Shaped Pearls.
Jesus Card
As well as the images from the Rejoice in Him stamp set, this card also features some products from the Online Exclusives Products that you can now find in the online store.
Both the 2″ and 1 3/4″ circle punches have been brought back into our product offering, but you won’t find them in a catalogue, instead they are available as part of the Online Exclusives.
The Crosshatch Embossing Folder I have used is also part of the Online Exclusives as part of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders set – a collection of 3 versatile folders that you will reach for time and time again.
I stamped the images onto the punched circles and then added colour with the new small blending brushes. This smaller brushes are perfect for adding colour in smaller areas.
Some silver thread was added to this card, along with more heart shaped pearls.

You can see both of these cards being created on this video from a recent Live.
