Using Die Cut Circles to Create a Card.

For today’s post I have been using die cut circles to create a card.

This card is my contribution to the Design Team’s selection for the latest Festive Friday Challenge, which is celebrating World Emoji Day.

We have used this occasion to come up with a list of elements that we call our Inspo List.

The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project in our card making and paper crafting challenge.  Incorporate THREE of the items in your project and link up! And guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about the theme at all!  The selected festivity is just a unique way to come up with a fun and interesting inspiration list! 

My project used:Red, Yellow, Circles, Tent Fold Card, Glossy Embellishments, Hearts, Fun Sentiment.

Using Die Cut Circles to Create a Card.

The die cut circles using the Stitched shapes dies are the central focus of this fun, bright card.

Using Poppy Parade and daffodil Delight card, a variety of sizes of circles were cut out and layered up for this fun background. A scattering of hearts, punched out with the Bee Builder Punch and the addition of some dots created with a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend add to the fun. The big bold sentiment finishes the project beautifully and the twine bow and sequins are the finishing touches.
