Using Hand-Penned Memories and More Cards to Create A Traditional Scrapbook page

These cards are designed for easy memory keeping when used with our Photo Pocket Pages and Album, but they can also be used for traditional scrapbooking. These pages use Designer Series Paper from the Hand-Penned DSP pack as the background.

The card pack has cards perfect for your journal writing, photo frames, and general decorating of your scrapbook pages.

Add a title bar, and perhaps some decorative elements as you see here, stamped and die cut with the Hand-Penned Petals Bundle and you have beautiful pages ready for your photos.

You can make these as simple or detailed as you wish. Your imagination and creativity will lead you, and using these cards will make it easy and pretty.

Using Hand-Penned Memories and More Cards in Card Making

When you add the cards and envelopes, your crafting can easily move to card making and these make lovely cards that are quick and easy.

This card was easy to make, using one of the 4 x 6-inch cards that included both a sentiment and image. Simply add a bow and you have a beautiful card ready to send.

Card 2

This card used one of the smaller 3 x 4-inch cards that was just a line image. The flowers and leaves were coloured with Stampin’ Blends, and the border has a watery Garden Green wash created with the Aqua Painter. Some layers, a sentiment from Through It Together, some gold cord and you have a stunning card that coordinates beautifully with the envelopes from the Cards & Envelopes pack.

Card 3

This card uses another of the 4 x 6-inch cards. For this card, the card based was folded inside out, so the card base is plain white. Another sentiment from Through It Together and a Pale Papaya bow finish the outside.

Since the card base was folded inside out, the inside of this card has the Mint Macaron dotted pattern. Another card was fussy cut to provide an inside sentiment that continues the message from the front of the card.
