Using Pearlized Drops and Snowy Puff Paint

My project today is using pearlized drops and snowy puff paint in conjunction with The Regal Reindeer Bundle for the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

The theme of this hop is July-December Mini Catalogue Favourite stamp set/bundle. I am never good at choosing favourites. There are far too many things that I love. I decided to use the Regal Reindeer stamp with coordinating dies for my creations.

As I created my projects, I also had the opportunity to play with the Pearlized Enamel Effects and the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint as accents in these Christmas cards.

Using Pearlized Drops and Snowy Puff Paint

With the combination of imagery on the stamps and the details in the dies, this bundle really offers a diversity of styles.

In this card the dies were combined with the Designer Series Papers from the Painted Christmas Designer Series paper and a frame from the Deckled Rectangles. I love that the dies have eyes and added details that bring them to life. The trees are really 3D with their die cut sections that can be pushed out.

The snowy landscape has been die cut from white glimmer card to give it a frosty sparkle.

White pearlized accents have been used to add snow to the background.

These reindeer have been coloured with Stampin’ Blends. The colour in the trees were dragged out using a Blender Pens. For this card I added a snowy landscape with the Snowfall Puff Paint. It is such fun watching it puff up as you heat it.
