For the latest Festive Friday Challenge, I had fun using strips of card stock to make a landscape
The occasion we are celebrating in #FF0081 is Earth Day, so I took advantage of all those greens and blues and water and clouds that are on the Inspo list to put together my card.
The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project in our card making and paper crafting challenge. Incorporate THREE of the items in your project and link up! And guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about the theme at all! The selected festivity is just a unique way to come up with a fun and interesting inspiration list!
My project used: green, blue, sunshine, water and clouds

Instructions
- Fold the card base in half along the score line. Stick the larger Basic Black mat to the card base.
- Cut the yellow strips in half diagonally. Stick them around the top half of the smaller black mat to create the sunshine.
- Use the curvy die to cut the strips of blue/green card. Layer them up along the bottom of the smaller mat.
- Stamp the greeting with Versamark, curving the stamp slightly to fit the curve of the card strip. Heat emboss with white.
- Tie the white twine around the bottom of the mat twice and finish with a bow. Stick the mat to the card base.
- Die cut 2 clouds and stick in place with dimensionals. Add a couple of black matte dots.
