Both of these projects from a recent Facebook Live were using watercolour pencils and the new “Feels Like Home” Sale-a-Bration stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
The cling stamp set has gorgeous hand drawn images and also some lovely sentiments.

My Cards Using Watercolour Pencils
This first card uses a very limited colour palette to produce a Sepia look. A touch of colour was added to the image that was firstly stamped in Saddle Brown Stazon ink. This just gives some shading and highlights. A second Sale-a-Bration stamp set – “Textures and Frames” – was then used to create the stripes on the card base.
This second card features an aperture on the front, which has this embossed brick. effect. The image inside the card had colour added using watercolour pencils. The pencils enable you to add just a touch of colour to the leaves on the shrub outside the door and also to all the little flowers in the plant pots. I just love this sentiment. “Your friendship feels like home to me.” I hope you are blessed with friendships like that, because I know I am.
