Using Punches, Dies and Embossing Folders.

I had some more fun with the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle bundle from Stampin’ Up using punches, dies and embossing folders.

The bundle consists of a photopolymer stamp and a coordinating die set. As well as cutting out the stamped images, there is also a dies that creates an interesting trellis piece to add to your projects. I have used this to create the background in one of the cards.

My Cards Using Punches, Dies and Embossing Folders.

Using Punches and dies to create the elements for this card using the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle and Sunshine & rainbows paper.

This first card uses the Sunshine & Rainbows Sale-a-Bration paper to work alongside the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle. The boots have been stamped onto the Designer Series Paper with Smoky Slate ink to dive the detail, without being too dark, The clouds have been punched from the paper using the Cloud Punch, which you can find in the January-June mini catalogue.

Using the die cut trellis from Stampin' Up's Flowering Boots Bundle and the Greenery Embossing folder to create the background on this watering can card

This second card uses that trellis die. I cut 3 rows of the trellis from Very Vanilla Card and repeated that with Old Olive and Crushed Curry cardstock. Eleven Crushed Curry squares were embossed with the Greenery Folder The Old Olive Trellis pieces were stuck inside the Very Vanilla card stock and the Crushed Curry squares were added in, raising up the embellished pieces.

Stampin' Up's Greenery Embossing folder gives texture to this die cut trellis.

A watering can and flowers were added to the card, along with some Playing with Patterns Resin dots.
